Leon Davis was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1982. Since that time he has practised as a solicitor in the Sydney Central Business District. Apart from a short period of time when he practised in small partnership Leon Davis has been a sole practitioner. Leon Davis has acquired substantial expertise in the areas of Conveyancing, Franchising, Commercial Law, Leasing, Litigation, Asset Protection and Estate Planning. Leon acts for a number of Franchisors with Australia-wide networks of Franchises. He has also drafted the documents supporting a number of new Franchise Systems to ensure that they comply with the Franchising Code of Conduct. Leon Davis, through his various sporting connections acts for three National Sporting Organisations and a number of other sporting bodies. He has conducted negotiations and prepared documentation in respect of various Marketing and Sponsorship Agreements. Leon has for many years been involved in rugby and basketball, however, his passion now is the sport of Triathlon in which he races regularly and has competed the Forster Ironman on five occasions. |
