The effect of a Will with a Testamentary Trust is to protect the assets from any potential claims by creditors of the estate. This is an extremely effective method of protecting the assets of Testators who have been in business and who may have incurred potential liabilities through the giving of leases or guarantees. We are able to deliver concise Estate Planning advice based on the particular circumstances of the client.
